Informations générales / general informations

Avant de s’inscrire

La Course du Printemps, aura lieu le 6 mars  2016, dans le cadre privilégié du Vietnam Golf & Country  Club (Q9).

Deux distances sont au programme 10km et 5km.

Voici le programme de ce rendez-vous sportif :

Horaires	Evénement
à partir de 6h	Retrait des dossards
7h	Départ du 10Km
7h30	Départ du 5 km
à partir de 8h30	Remise des récompenses, Tombola.

 

Transport :

Un service de transport assuré par la société Unika permettra aux participants qui le souhaitent de se rendre sur le lieu de la course.

Les places dans les navettes sont à réserver au moment de l’inscription à la course.

Deux départs seront organisés :

-Dans le Quartier 2 : Au supermarché d’An Phu ( à 5h30 )
-Dans le Quartier 7 : Au centre sportif du Q7, 504-506 Huynh Tan Phat (à 5h15)

  

Comment s'inscrire ?

Les inscriptions (course et transport) seront ouvertes sur le site https://ticketbox.vn/

Attention, afin de garantir le déroulement des épreuves dans des conditions de sécurité satisfaisantes, le nombre dossard sera limité à 400 !

Retrait des dossards

Pour éviter les files d'attente le jour de la course, nous encourageons les participants habitant à proximité de Ho Chi Minh-Ville de venir retirer leur dossard la veille de la course.

Le retrait des dossards sera possible :

Le jeudi 3 mars janvier et le vendredi 4 mars janvier (13h – 16h)
Au Lycée Français International Marguerite Duras
Duong sô 11 ; Long Binh , Q9 - Ho Chi Minh Ville

Le samedi 5 mars (9h - 17h)
Au centre de fitness " Nutrifort "
34 Nguyen Dang Giai , Thao Dien Ward , Q2 - Ho Chi Minh Ville

Before regsitrations...

The Spring Race 2016 will be held on March 6th at the Vietnam Golf & Country  Club (D9).

Two distances are scheduled : 10K and 5K

Planned schedule :

from 6 :00 am	Race Kit collection
7 :00 am	Race start : 10 K
7 :30 am	Race start : 5 km
from 8 : 30 am	Prize presentation,

Shuttles:
 

A transport service provided by the company Unika will allow participants to go to the spot of the race.

Shuttles are reserved to persons who have booked the service at the registration.
Two meeting points are organized:

-In District 2 : At the An Phu supermarket ( at 5:30 am)
-In District 7 : At the Sports Center of D7, 504-506 Huynh Tan Phat (at 5:15 am)

   

How to register ?

Registrations (race and transport) will be opened on https://ticketbox.vn/

In order to guarantee the conditions of safety during the event, the BIB number will be limited to 400 !

 Race kit collection

To avoid the stress of the rush and queuing on race day, we encourage participants living in and nearby Ho Chi Minh City to pick up their Race Kits before coming to the Vietnam Golf.

The race kit collection will be opened  to the public:

On Thursday 3rd and on Friday 4th March (1pm - 4 pm )

At The French International School Marguerite Duras
Duong so 11; Long Binh, Q9 - HCMC

On Saturday 5th March ( 9am - 5 pm)

At the Fitness Center “Nutrifort”
34 Nguyen Dang Giai , Thao Dien Ward , Q2 - Ho Chi Minh Ville
